11 Months!

Forty-Four Weeks

Forty-Five Weeks

Forty-Six Weeks

Forty-Seven Weeks

Weight: 21 lbs. (done at home)

Eating: We tried lots of new food this month! We got to the point where he was eating a solid three meals and I was having trouble keeping up with his tummy and the four day rule, so we have just been feeding him what we eat (still staying away from honey, sugar, strawberries, and milk). He is still nursing four times throughout the day too, although my goal was to have him down to three around his 11 month birthday.

Sleeping: Sleep! Finally, this guy started sleeping like a champ again! From 7:30-6:30! That was until last week... when he decided to start waking in the middle of the night. I cherish those three weeks of awesome sleeping and know that more are to come. I think that there might possibly be another tooth on the way since he has been clingy and snotty lately, but who knows!

We dropped down to two naps a day - one around 9 and 1. (I think that dropping him down to two naps is really what helped his sleeping.) He had a really hard few days transitioning to two naps and fell asleep in the car every chance he got for the first week, but he is now happily adjusted.

New Skills:
~ Blowing kisses
~ Says "tickle tickle" :-P
~ Standing by himself without holding on to anything for a few seconds
~ Cruising on furniture and toys
~ Bear crawling

He Loves:
~ Kissing everyone!
~ Shaking his head no
~ Morning snuggles and trying to snuggle Theo
~ Trying to stroke my eyelashes while falling asleep... not so fun for me

He Doesn't Like:
~ He really hated to sit still to read a book this month however, I bought him an "indestructable" book and he loves it and has started to sit for other books a little again.
~ church and strangers (I only have made it through 1 church service so far)

Exciting Things We Did:

We finally moved C to his big boy car seat. Ty helped persuade me by offering to buy me ice cream afterwards. It worked, and that ice cream was delicious!

We went to the cabin, and I took zero pictures other than bath time with cousin Anja.

Thanks to my niece for sending me this picture she took!

Charlie tried pizza for the first time!

We also celebrated Charlie's first Easter! I was a terrible mom and didn't take a single photo all day long. Nothing. Not of his cute outfit, nor of his first Easter basket. :-(

More Pictures:

C took a shower with me for the first time this month. He loves it!
